We are "by invitation only" and require all our members to be engaged full time in real  estate and relocation services for active duty and retired military personnel.

Our low annual membership dues fund the administration of this site and the information and services provided to our membership. There are no referral fees charged on any transactions between our Members. Referral fees are freely negotiated between the referring and receiving Members.

This is a professional organization whose purpose is to join together to provide better services to our military clients and customers, to share ideas and experiences and to maintain a resource for our  Members to increase referrals, both outgoing and incoming. We ask that our Members make every effort to send outgoing referrals to other Members and develop reciprocal relationships with Members servicing other installations on their rotation schedule.
